Performing Quality Home Inspections You Deserve and Expect Valley Wide My name is Gary Edwards, Owner and Operator of JAG Home Inspections. We all know how important it is to have a Home Inspection done, but more importantly, have it done by a Certified Inspector. I am a Lic. Electrician by trade, with extensive knowledge in home construction. I have also complied with the State of Arizona for Licensing, which is a requirement by law for all Home Inspectors as of May 1, 2002. My Inspection Report consists of twenty-one pages, each of which is in a three part carbonless copy. This allows me to provide a complete copy of the inspection report to the buyer at the completion of the home inspection with no waiting time involved. In addition a copy is provided to your Realtor and myself . The home inspection is a learning opportunity, for this reason I recommend the buyer be present if possible. I welcome the opportunity to answer any questions or concerns that may arise. Taking pride in every inspection performed and the buyer’s best interest is my utmost concern.
